Mix together the flour, oats, baking soda and nuts
Cream together the butter and sugar, until pale and light, then mix in the dry ingredients
Add the milk and bring everything together to form a dough - do not knead. Pinch out 8 equal sized balls and flatten them out slightly. Place them 2 inches apart on a parchment lined baking tray
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 12-15 minutes or until done. Then remove the tray and let the cookies cool completely, so that they firm up and then remove and store in an air tight container
Serve these yummy whole wheat flour and oats cookies (eggless) with tea, coffee and/or milk. Enjoy!
