Method
- Mix together the lime juice, salt, chili flakes and honey, in a small jar/bowl. Keep it aside
- Place the cut fruits in a mixing bowl, add in the mint and coriander leaves and pour over the dressing
- Mix well but gently. Finally, garnish with the roasted peanuts
- Serve your refreshing watermelon, cucumber and peanuts salad as is or chilled. Enjoy!

Notes
- If serving a later point, drain the excess liquid and then serve
