In a small bowl, mix the sauces with the cornflour and keep it aside
Over medium high flame, heat the cooking pot (or wok) with the oil and add in the chilis and garlic. When fragrant, add the onions and spring onion whites and cook for 3-4 minutes
Push these to a side of the wok and add the chicken pieces, in a single layer. Let it stay like this for a couple minutes and then mix with the onions and garlic
Add the spring onion greens and stir through. Add in the sauce mixture and cook until the chicken is fully done. Check for salt and add if needed (all the sauces used above have salt in them)
Add the basil leaves, mix well and remove from frame. Serve your delicious Thai basil chicken with steamed rice or just as is. Enjoy!
