Spicy raw mango chutney

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw mangoes washed, peeled & roughly chopped
  • 2 cups coriander leaves roughly chopped
  • ½ cup mint leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic roughly chopped
  • 2-3 fresh chillis roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • salt to taste

  • Blender/Mixer

Method
 

  1. Add all the ingredients to a mixer jar and grind it to a smooth paste using about ¼ cup of water or as per the consistency of the chutney you like. Remove your spicy raw mango chutney in a bowl and serve with Indian snacks, sandwiches etc. Enjoy!

Notes

  • If your chutney tastes too sour due to the raw mangoes, you can add a teaspoon or two of sugar to balance it out
  • This chutney will stay fresh and taste good up to two to three days, refrigerated
