Equipment

  • muddler

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp fresh pomegranate pearls
  • 6-8 fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp lime/lemon juice
  • 2-3 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
  • 500 ml sparkling water
  • ice cubes to taste

For garnishing

  • 2 lime wedges
  • 3-4 mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp fresh pomegranate pearls

Instructions
 

  • In a glass, muddle together the pomegranate pearls, basil leaves, lime juice, honey until well crushed
  • Divide and pour this into two separate tall glasses, add in the ice cubes and pour in the sparkling water in each glass. Stir to mix well
  • Garnish with a wedge of lime, some mint leaves and fresh pomegranate pearls and serve chilled. Cheers!
