fresh pomegranate pearls

basil leaves

lime/lemon juice

tbsp
honey
or sweetener of choice
500
ml
sparkling water
ice cubes
to taste
For garnishing

lime wedges
3-4
mint leaves
2
tbsp
fresh pomegranate pearls
Instructions
In a glass, muddle together the pomegranate pearls, basil leaves, lime juice, honey until well crushed
Divide and pour this into two separate tall glasses, add in the ice cubes and pour in the sparkling water in each glass. Stir to mix well
Garnish with a wedge of lime, some mint leaves and fresh pomegranate pearls and serve chilled. Cheers!
