Shuck the corns and place them on a wire roaster or a grill, over medium high flame
Keep rotating and roasting them until well roasted from all sides. Once done turn the flame off and remove the corn cobs to a plate
In a small bowl, mix together all the masalas along with the salt. Dip the lime in the spice mix and rub it all over the corn, squeezing it simultaneously
Sprinkle the coriander leaves and serve the yummy Mumbai style roasted corn fresh and warm along with a cup of chai or a glass of chilled beer, if you wish. Enjoy!

Once well roasted you could also apply butter to your corn, in step 3, to enhance the flavours
