A versatile and delicious avocado dip that is slightly spicy, very garlicky, tangy and creamy. This no cook recipe is great as a spread and a condiment too
Add all the ingredients in a blender/mixer jar and blitz until well combined and smooth
This may take a few iterations, but will eventually come together
Check for seasoning and remove the avocado and coriander dip in a serving bowl, garnish with some more chopped coriander and a tablespoon of olive oil. Enjoy as a dip, spread or chutney!

You can also use regular salt or Himalayan pink salt
