In a mortar-pestle (or a mixer grinder) coarsely grind the garlic and chilis
It should yield around 2 tablespoons of the garlic-chili paste
Marinate the chicken pieces in salt and pepper, until further required
Heat the oil and add the chili garlic paste (be careful, the heat in the chilis, when it hits the oil can cause your nose and throat to burn)
When the garlic turns fragrant, add in the onions. Fry until translucent
Now, make a well and add the chicken
Stir fry on a high flame, until you don't see any pink meat and then add in the veggies
Stir fry for another couple minutes and add the Sriracha, vinegar and soy sauce
Mix well and add the rice and some salt (if required at all since all sauces and the marinated chicken have salt). Stir and combine the rice well with the chicken and vegetables. Cook for another 2-3 minutes and the remove fro flame
Serve the yummy and spicy chicken fried rice, along with a fried egg and a slice of lime, hot & fresh! Enjoy
