300
g
mutton
on the bone
10
g
dried red chilis
roughly chopped
4
cloves
garlic
optional

tbsp
ghee
salt
to taste
Instructions
Heat a shallow cooking pot and add the ghee
Once it melts, add the garlic and sautee´until fragrant
Add the mutton and sear it on high flame
Add the chilis, salt and mix well
Over a medium flame, cover and cook until the meat is completely tender. Keep adding ¼ cup of water time to time to cook it
Serve the
Rajasthani
junglee mass
(mutton)
with any Indian bread and enjoy!
