A quick, easy and extremely delicious mango salsa recipe flavored with Indian masalas that a must try this summer season. Pairs great with chips, grilled fish, tacos etc

- 2 cups ripe mangoes deseeded and chopped
- ¼ cup bell peppers finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 2 tsp black salt
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Add all your ingredients in a salad bowl and toss gently, do a taste check to adjust for salt. Serve your delicious mango salsa along with chips, tacos, grilled fish/chicken etc.
- You can serve the salsa chilled as well
- Coriander can be replaced with fresh mint or basil too
- You can also add in finely chopped onions and pickled jalapeños to your salsa
