In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients - the flour, cinnamon powder, salt, baking powder and soda
In a separate bowl, using a hand blender, combine the mashed bananas well with the oil and honey
Add the eggs into this and beat well until light and fluffy
Now, gradually add the dry ingredients in the wet one and whisk the mixture until the batter comes together and nothing looks dry
Line a greased (with oil) loaf tin with baking paper and pour the banana bread batter into it
Tap it a couple times to release any air bubbles
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° C for 50 minutes (but do check once 40 minutes are up*)
Remove, let it cool for 5 minutes and then transfer it on to a wire rack until completely cooled
