Ingredients
  

  • 1 hard/soft boiled egg
  • 1 burger bun
  • ¼ onion sliced
  • ¼ capsicum sliced
  • ¼ tomato sliced
  • ¼ cup salad leaves
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp crushed black pepper powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Peel the eggs and cut them in roundels and keep aside
  • Slice the burger bun in half and apply the ketchup, mayo and mustard sauce in the lower half of the bun
  • Layer it with fresh salad leaves and the chopped eggs. Top it up with the onions, capsicum and tomatoes. Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper
  • Place the other half of the bun and insert a cocktail stick to secure your sandwich. Enjoy it as is or with a piping hot cup if tea/coffee
