In a mixing bowl, break the eggs and add salt, pepper, milk and the basil leaves
Beat the eggs along with the spices until foamy
In a pan heat olive oil, add the chopped garlic and fry until fragrant
Next add the spring onions and broccoli and fry on high heat for a couple minutes
Add the mushrooms and tomatoes and cook for another two minutes
Now, slightly flatten the veggies in the pan and pour the beaten eggs mixture into it
Cover the pan and cook for five minutes over medium heat or until you see the sides of the frittata browned
Remove on a plate and sprinkle red chilli flakes
Serve hot as it or with some warm bread
