- 4-5 bread slices
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup baby spinach chopped
- ¼ cup onions chopped
- ¼ cup capsicum chopped
- ¼ cup tomatoes chopped
- 2-3 chilis chopped
- 3-4 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
- 2-3 tbsp black pepper crushed
- salt to taste
Whisk the eggs with the salt, pepper and milk until everything is well incorporated. Add in all the vegetables and mix well once again
Arrange the bread slices in an oven safe dish, in a single layer. Pour the egg mixture over them and spread it out evenly over the slices
Bake in a pre-heated oven for 12-15 minutes, at 180°C, until. Remove the masala French toasts from the oven and serve immediately with ketchup and green chutney. Enjoy!
