- 2 cups yogurt
- 3 tbsp rose syrup
- ½ cup chilled water
- 3-4 ice cubes
To garnish
- 1-2 tbsp almonds slivered
- 1-2 tbsp pistachios chopped
- 1-2 tbsp edible dried rose petals
- You could add sweetener of your choice to the lassi if you want it sweeter
- If you do not have rose syrup you could replace it with rose essence and sugar
- 1 cup = 250 millilitres
- tbsp - tablespoon
- tsp - teaspoon
