Ingredients
Method
- Heat a shallow cooking pot and add the ghee

- Once it melts, add the garlic and sautee´until fragrant

- Add the mutton and sear it on high flame

- Add the chilis, salt and mix well

- Over a medium flame, cover and cook until the meat is completely tender. Keep adding ¼ cup of water time to time to cook it

- Serve the Rajasthani junglee mass (mutton) with any Indian bread and enjoy!
