Quick and easy mango salsa

A quick, easy and extremely delicious mango salsa recipe flavored with Indian masalas that a must try this summer season. Pairs great with chips, grilled fish, tacos etc

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups ripe mangoes deseeded and chopped
  • ¼ cup bell peppers finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 2 tsp black salt
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Method
 

  1. Add all your ingredients in a salad bowl and toss gently, do a taste check to adjust for salt. Serve your delicious mango salsa along with chips, tacos, grilled fish/chicken etc.

Notes

  • You can serve the salsa chilled as well
  • Coriander can be replaced with fresh mint or basil too
  • You can also add in finely chopped onions and pickled jalapeños to your salsa
