Punjabi rose lassi

An impressive, delicious and fragrant lassi recipe that will quench your thirst in style!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 3 tbsp rose syrup
  • ½ cup chilled water
  • 3-4 ice cubes
To garnish
  • 1-2 tbsp almonds slivered
  • 1-2 tbsp pistachios chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp edible dried rose petals

Equipment

  • Blender/Mixer

Method
 

  1. Put all the ingredients in your blender and let everything come together. Thereafter, garnish your lassi with the nuts and rose petals. Cheers!

Notes

  • You could add sweetener of your choice to the lassi if you want it sweeter
  • If you do not have rose syrup you could replace it with rose essence and sugar 
  • 1 cup = 250 millilitres
  • tbsp - tablespoon
  • tsp - teaspoon
