Method
- In a glass, muddle together the pomegranate pearls, basil leaves, lime juice, honey until well crushed
- Divide and pour this into two separate tall glasses, add in the ice cubes and pour in the sparkling water in each glass. Stir to mix well
- Garnish with a wedge of lime, some mint leaves and fresh pomegranate pearls and serve chilled. Cheers!

- If fresh basil leaves aren't available, replace them with mint leaves
