  • 4 tbsp instant coffee powder
  • 4 tbsp jaggery powder or sugar
  • 4 tbsp hot water
  • 2 cups chilled milk
  • 4-6 ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Whisk together the coffee powder, jaggery (or sugar) and water until creamy and frothy - takes about 5-7 minutes
  2. In two tall glasses, add the ice cubes, divide and pour the milk and top with 2-3 tablespoons of the coffee mix and serve immediately. Enjoy your iced dalgona coffee chilled!
