- In a clean mixing bowl, add all the ingredients

- Using your fingers, knead it into a tight dough

- Grease your modak mould with some ghee

- Now place a tablespoon of of the almond flour dough on each on them and then bring the three sections together. Remove the excess dough from the sides of the mould

- Gently ease the modak out of the mould and place it on a parchment sheet lined plate

- Serve these yummy and beautiful, almond and coconut modaks to the Lord and your dear ones. Enjoy!

Notes
- Instead of the rose flavour, you could add any of your choice. Some popular ones are saffron, cardamom etc
