I have shared so many tea time snacks previously but never a biscuit or a cookie recipe. So, here is my quick and easy recipe of whole wheat flour and oats cookies (eggless). These eggless, crispy, crunchy cookies will take you under 30 minutes to put together. Moreover, it has got the goodness of whole wheat flour and quick oats and taste yummy with tea, coffee and/or milk. So, you see this a great recipe for both kids and adults. And let me tell you that these oats cookies are much loved by everyone. Additionally, since they are so easy to put together you could also get your kids involved in the making process. I am sure they will love it.

These cookies are eggless and also need basic, everyday ingredients to bake them. Therefore, you won’t even need a special occasion to bake them. As and when you feel like munching on these you can simply get going. You can easily store them in air tight containers, thereafter. These oats cookies are a great after school for kids too, besides being a great tea time companion.

Like I mentioned this is an under 30 minute recipe. While the baking time is between 15 and 18 minutes, the prep time is hardly 10 minutes. And all this with a handful of ingredients. Therefore, if you already have wheat flour and oats at hand right, you really can give this whole wheat flour and oats cookies (eggless) recipe a go. Also, while I have used butter and powdered sugar in my cookie recipe, you could substitute them with ghee and jaggery sugar respectively.

I hope you are going to give this quick and easy cookie recipe a try soon. And if you do, I’d love to see your cookie pictures and know how you enjoyed them. You could share the pictures with me on Instagram and/or drop me a line with your feedback in the comments section, below.

Eat hearty!
