Hello, all you fans of Indo-Chinese food, here is a fabulous recipe for you. My recipe of this spicy, Chinese style chorizo fried rice is a crowd pleaser. This one pot gem is perfect for your weeknight dinners. This is a super quick and easy recipe too. What do you think can better than this? I have also added lovely, fresh vegetables along with the spicy chorizo in this fried rice. However, you could make it without the veggies as well. In this recipe, I have added only soy sauce and some vinegar to flavour the rice. That’s because, I have let the chorizo work all its flavoursome magic here.

While I have added some veggies also to my rice fried rice, it is optional. Since I love them, they are generally, a part of my rice recipes. And this spicy fried rice also happens to be one of my favourites. The chorizo is the hero of this dish. It is the spice and the flavours in it, that bring about the taste of the rice. However, I have also added some Sriracha to up the heat levels. But again, you can totally do without it as well.

Moreover, you could also use Goan sausages for this recipe. In fact, when in Mumbai, I would make this rice with it. And, I totally loved it.

So, therefore here you have a delicious, under 30 minute recipe! And what’s better, you won’t even need any sides with this. This tastes so amazing on its own, as is. Nonetheless, some soya sauce and chili vinegar by side could be a great accompaniment.
