I don’t have a major sweet tooth, but I can never say no to chocolates. Or chocolate desserts for that matter. While most often I do have a bark or two of chocolate in my fridge, there are times when an urgent craving for a dessert strikes. And that’s when my 15 minute eggless chocolate pudding comes to my rescue. This is one of my favorite desserts, not just for it’s taste but also for the ease of making it. I am not kidding you when I say that this chocolate pudding gets ready in 15 minutes. Therefore, if you feel like a dessert after your meal and are out of options, this is just what you need. Moreover, you will need only a handful of easily available ingredients to whip is delicious chocolate dessert up. The fact that this is an eggless recipe, makes things even easier. 🙂

My eggless chocolate pudding is dessert that is popular with kids as well as adults. As a result, you could make this when hosting your next dinner party. You can make the pudding and serve it even in individual shot glasses. Not only does it look pretty but it is also easy to serve it this way. Furthermore, this dessert is a super option for a romantic dinner. You could in fact save it to impress your beloved on the day of love as well! Chilled, silken smooth pudding topped with grated chocolate and berries is how I enjoy my pudding. You could serve yours the same way or keep it simple just as is. A garnish of a mint sprig also looks very pretty on the pudding.

Refined sugar free recipe

Not only have I used dark chocolate for my pudding, I have also kept it refined sugar free. I have sweetened my eggless chocolate pudding with powdered jaggery. This, nonetheless, is completely optional. You could use any sweetener of your choice here. Also, you may choose to replace the dark chocolate that I have used with milk chocolate, if you so prefer, and use the same recipe. This simple pudding is a great idea for a quick dessert. It’s going to take you 15-20 minutes to prepare and then you need to keep it to chill for at least 30 minutes. This chocolate dessert tastes best when eaten chilled. So I normally make it in the day to enjoy it after my evening meal.

Are you planning to make this for yourself? In that case I’d love to hear how you enjoyed your chocolate pudding. You can share your food pictures with me over on Instagram or leave your feedback in the comment section below. Let’s spread some chocolate cheer with this easy dessert recipe.

Eat hearty!
